Today, @the_nidus had the honour of representing the REMEMBER PROJECT at the European Remembrance Cluster Meeting, hosted by the EACEA and the European Commission 🇪🇺🕊️

💡 Our contribution took place in Breakout Room 2, focusing on:

“Holocaust and war crimes – disappearance of 20th century witnesses”

We explored pressing questions like:

🔹 How can we preserve memory as the last direct witnesses fade?

🔹 How do we engage the second generation and use digital tools effectively?

🔹 What good practices can be shared across Europe to safeguard testimonies?

🗣️ A representative of @the_nidus served as rapporteur, summarizing insights and presenting a wrap-up of the session’s findings during the plenary.

🧭 The broader agenda of the meeting included:

✅ Strategies to preserve shared memory and democratic values

✅ Collaboration among EU-funded remembrance projects

✅ Storytelling methodologies to counter disinformation

✅ Inclusive practices that amplify diverse community voices
